Wichard SAS collects personal data about any User who browses and views our Site, notably by using cookies in accordance with legislation in effect.

The data collected is intended for the use of WICHARD SAS.
WICHARD SAS does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. In addition, WICHARD SAS does not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless it is compelled to do so by a government authority or regulatory body, in the event of a judicial requisition, summons or any other similar government or judicial requirement, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User indicates his or her surname, first name and postal address. The request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing the holder’s signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

WICHARD SAS has a period of 2 months from receipt of the User's request to respond to it.

The duration of retention of personal data collected complies with the recommendations of the CNIL, namely:

  • purchase data: 5 years from the end of the customer relationship
